Q&A

By Ilona Kauremszky

Q: We’re having relatives from Europe visit this summer. They really wish to see as much of Toronto and the city’s outskirts and have heard about Georgian Bay. Could you please suggest an office or guide I might contact to get some information on events and places? We really enjoy reading your column

A: Iconic images of Georgian Bay have inspired many over the years. Its sheer natural beauty will surely captivate your guests as well. For Georgian Bay travel matters, you could consult with a few great resources. Currently Georgianbaycountry.com is revamping its web site but for now you can visit http://www.parrysound.com/fun/explore/ for tourism information.

Alternatively you can check in with the folks at Georgian Bay Tourism (www.georgianbaytourism.on.ca/) by calling them at 1-800-263-7745 or visiting them online.
