Q&A

Q: I'm having a hard time finding out what tour companies are providing tours to Greece this summer. Right now, I'm not sure whether we'll be going to the Olympics but we're very interested in being there when it'll be on. Do you know any companies offering trips to Greece?

A: In preparation for the upcoming summer Olympics scheduled in Athens, the historic Greek capital is transforming itself, making radical changes to meet the large volume of visitors, athletes and journalists expected during the 16-day event scheduled August 13-29, 2004. According to the Greek National Tourism Organization, the Olympic Games will focus a great amount of interest not only on Athens but on Greece as a major tourist destination. Olympic events will also be held in Heraklio, Olympia, Patra, Volos and Thessaloniki, the second largest city in Greece.

Your best bet for travel packages is to visit your preffered travel agent.
