Q: We booked a trip a couple of months ago through our travel agent and were very disappointed in their service and recommendations. I know Iíll never go back to them again but I wanted to know if I could complain about them to somebody. I have already informed the travel agencyís owner but Iím still unhappy.

A: Contact TICO, an organization mandated by the Ontario Government to administer the Ontario Travel Industry Act, 2002, which governs approximately 3,000 travel retailers and travel wholesalers registered in Ontario.
